Is It Better to Make Hot Chocolate Mix With Water or Milk?

This sugar free hot chocolate mix recipe can be made with either milk or water. If you make it with milk, it will add some calories and sugar.

You can use almond milk or any cow's milk.

If you make it with water, it is still good, but it will be very thin and not very creamy.
