Just moved tothe area and amvery excited that wehave aquality SWstore inthe Newark area. Iforget the young gentleman who helped methe first time. Hewas very helpful and friendly. Icalled inthe second time and spoke with Skyy who helped with apaint question, then anorder. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. Istopped into pick upmy paint and she told methat they did have the original paint that Iwanted and waited tosee which paint Idid want tobuy. Very thoughtful. She could have simply mixed the paint she said she had instock onthe phone. Ioverheard her interacting with acustomer who was inline beforeme. He“looked” like heknew what hewas doing, hedidn't, but Skyy quickly informed him ofthe correct type ofpaint touse. She isvery thoughtful, courteous, and knows what she's talking about. I'll beback for lots ofpaint for the new house Ijust bought. Thanks for the great service guys, which issorely lacking intoday's world.… – show

The salespersons atthe store are very knowledgeable and courteous. Itis apleasure toshop here and get quality paint products for myhome and rental property.

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Product was available and tinted perfectly. Just had hiccup with Ohio Farm Bureau discount code, which staff immediately corrected, but itwas abit embarrassing.

Customers came inwithout masks ordistancing, staff were unmasked attimes and came out from behind the counter without thinking aboutit, then quickly returned and masked. Difficult toavoid unmasked customers insmall confines. Just beaware before yougo. Better toorder for curbside. Staff was considerate and helpful.

Had success inusing asolid color stain onoutdoor deck which looked good and performed well since 2015. Time now in2020torefresh itand using same color stain and color which used back then.
